Refund & Cancellation Policy – Stated
At Stated, we provide digital services in the form of commitment tracking tools and credit-based upgrades. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products & Credits
All purchases made on Stated are for digital credits and subscription-based services. Once credits are added to a user account, they are considered delivered and consumed digitally.
Due to the nature of digital products:
Payments are non-refundable once credits are issued.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate amount within 7–10 business days.

Include: Transaction ID, payment date, and registered email
Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account:
Banks typically reverse the amount within 5–7 working days.
If not reversed, contact us with payment details.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription (if applicable) at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not qualify for refunds of past payments.
